TECH 143 - Programmable Controllers I


An introductory course in a programmable controllers used in industrial and other applications. The course examines digital controller design and principles of operation, wiring, and basic programming techniques to include basic instructions, ladder logic, counters, timers, and PLC-based motor control. In addition to industrial PLCs, other programmable controller types will be covered as Arduino and Raspberry Pie.
